Postpartum Depression May Lead to Shorter Kids

I don’t have a lot of time for a summary today, but I thought this article was interesting. There may be a link between postpartum depression and the height of children, and the research doesn’t conclude either way but I’d be curious to know if that link continues to adulthood.

You can find the article here, enjoy!

I don’t see it. I had some serious postpartum issues, and my son is in the 95th percentile for height and weight. Doesn’t sound impressive? I’m in the 5th for height and my husband is 10th for height. We have a giant kid.

    • It is always interesting to me that for something to be considered “true” it only really must be “mostly true”. Perhaps your results were abnormal -but in a good way! Definitely not a bad thing!
